A sweet life is a shared experience, which is why we all need friends. However, it is no good being someone's other half -� you are a whole person! You can only complement others in a relationship if you are w complete person. Remember that people like strength and they also expect respect. Give them that respect and space. Yes, we all need some breathing space. What other people think of you is none of your business. So don't get bothered about what others say or think of you. Believe in yourself and you won't be hurt. You don't need a mask, just be genuine and don't be afraid to be different. Be interested in your friends and if you love, you are someone. Brotherly love is good so show some compassion! Lose fear of 'perfect people', they are not perfect, just playing a part. Try to be more spontaneous and learn to let go a little. Shed your mantle of dignity and be yourself. Many times, others appreciate us more for what we don't say. There is a chinese sayings that says, the more you try to explain yourself, the worser the situation will get. Make the first move if you want to meet new people. Don't keep a distance and quit playing games. Just be honest and open. People you love to spend time with are those who are able to laugh at themselves. They are more fun, more friends and if we are too self - conscious, we'll cut them off. Respect others by listening, empathise, identify common grounds. Don't judge them. Show that you care and tell them we love them! Only small people make nasty remarks and only small people take offence. It is not your responsibility to make others happy. Your challenge in life is "To thy ownself be true". Treat others the way you want others to treat you. One interesting point is that you get what you expect of others. Many lived lives of quiet desperation. We each have our own insecurities. Outstanding individuals develop special awareness which endears others to them. To influence others positively, we need to develop that. Learning to love yourself is the greatest love of all.
